Thank you for completing our community sentiment survey
Your feedback helps guide our way forward
Every two years, the Town of Port Hedland runs a community sentiment survey, delivered by an independent research partner. The survey is called the MARKYT Community Scorecard.
The survey offers the Hedland community a chance to provide anonymous feedback on the Town’s services, facilities, and leadership.
The information is crucial, because it provides evidenced based feedback to the Council about community perceptions and helps us better plan for the future.
Your feedback helps us understand how we can best deliver services and support to the Hedland community.
Our first MARKYT Community Scorecard was run in 2021, with more than 1,000 people providing their feedback. The Scorecard was run again in 2023, when 1,300 people took the opportunity to provide feedback. The reports are available in the document library.
The 2025 Scorecard results are now available.
