Please be advised that works will be carried out from Tuesday 10 March to Friday 13 March to clear the existing water drainage, and to expand the spoon drain located on Lot 29 (pictured).

To support the safe and efficient progress of these works, we kindly ask that vehicles are not parked on, or immediately next to, the roadside verge outlined in red during this period (map on Pg. 2). We understand parking can sometimes be limited, but where practical we ask that vehicles are parked within your on-property parking areas so the verge can stay clear for the duration of the works.

We apologise for any inconveniences caused during this time and appreciate your understanding. We will ensure that works will be carried out in a timely manner over the proposed dates.

Campbell's Transport has participated in a SAT (State Administrative Tribunal) process regarding historical planning approvals affecting the site. As part of the negotiated outcome, the landowner has agreed to lodge a Development Application (DA) to address matters such as property access and crossover arrangements. This DA will help outline the proposed temporary and long-term solutions for managing site operations in a way that supports nearby residents, including those on Leehey Street.
