Application for Development Approval for Proposed Serviced Apartments– LOT 2115 NORTH CIRCULAR ROAD, SOUTH HEDLAND

The Town of Port Hedland has received a development application for the construction and use of Serviced Apartments on Lot 2115 North Circular Road, South Hedland.

The proposed development includes:

  • A 6-storey modular building comprising of 134 serviced apartments, being:
    • 78 studio apartments (1-bed & 1-bath),
    • 12 two-bedroom apartments (2-bed & 1-bath), and
    • 44 two-bedroom apartments (2-bed & 2-bath);
  • 109 car parking bays; and
  • Associated landscaping, bin storage and servicing areas.
