Amendment No. 6 to Town of Port Hedland Local Planning Scheme No. 7 (LPS7) - Short Term Rental Accommodation - Standard Amendment

At the 16 October 2025 Special Council Meeting, the Town resolved to prepare (initiate) the above-mentioned scheme amendment relating to Short Term Rental Accommodation. The purpose of Scheme Amendment No. 6 is to amend the Town’s LPS7 to incorporate the State Government’s planning reforms for short term rental accommodation uses.

The Scheme Amendment Report is also available to view at the Town’s Civic Centre and Depot during office hours up to and including close of business on 23 February 2026.
